Jess Kennedy
Our primary Physiotherapist, Jess, is passionate about staying active and building a healthy community. Having worked as a Physiotherapist for 10 years, Jess has a calm & empowering approach to injury management and rehab.
Jess has special interests in strength & conditioning, pre/post operative management, tendon rehab, sports performance - regardless of the presentation, you can be assured Jess will work with you to seek progress in your condition.
Jess is available for Physiotherapy sessions, 1:1 gym or Pilates sessions and a variety of classes.

Reece
Reece is a valued addition to the Progression team.
A passionate Physio with over 10 years experience, Reece's calm, down to earth approach is a beautiful compliment to his extensive knowledge.
Reece shares his time between Progression and Alexandra District Memorial Hospital, and is available for Physiotherapy sessions, 1:1 gym sessions, clinical and strength classes.

Mel
Progression is fortunate to have Mel & all of her Pilates prowess leading Reformer and Pilates+ classes on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
With years of experience in the health industry, Mel's sessions will have you feeling motivated, challenged and empowered.

Anastasia
With over 15 years in the industry, Anastasia is well capable of taking someone through their first Pilates class or challenging our most experienced student - her exercise series are precise, challenging & safe.
Do not be fooled by this calm approach - one of Anastasia’s sessions will challenge you in so many ways.
Anastasia takes reformer classes, 1:3 Pilates and 1:1 Pilates sessions.

The friendly face you see as you walk in the door and the voice on the other end of the phone - Abby is your go to for getting your bookings, classes and payments.
Abby doubles as one of our incredible instructors - teaching Pilates + & Reformer sessions weekly - the smiling assassin will have you working!
